I manages and supervises crew/staff to ensure that the store operations are undertaken in compliance of standard procedures., interviewing and selecting crew people and conducting crew orientations.,supervises and manages in releasing of bank deposits and impose proper cash handling policy, meets QSC standards on all shifts without supervisions, i also train crew trainers and helps to train manager trainee/s and swing manager., maintains restaurant safety awareness and safety records, completes and post weekly crew schedules, ensures that the employee benefits programs are properly administered and sometimes do ordering of food items enough for the operation of the business.
